Who we are and how we work
GreenField PSA carries out works on utility-scale solar plants, operating within the investor’s or main contractor’s structure.
The name describes what we do: work in the field. Building a solar plant is above all a construction undertaking spread across a large area — with surveying, earthworks, delivery logistics and many teams working in parallel.
That is why a conversation with a client starts with scope and interfaces rather than technology. The most common source of trouble on a solar site is not component selection but an unclosed scope split between contractors and documentation produced after the fact.
Our working model follows from that: scope defined before mobilisation, control points written into the programme, one observation register, and documentation produced alongside the work. This approach stands up to audit — which is precisely why we use it.
Cooperation model
- Scope before mobilisation
- Scope boundaries and interfaces agreed and recorded before the team arrives on site.
- Working inside the project
- We operate within the investor’s or main contractor’s organisation and respect the project’s procedures.
- Documentation as we go
- As-built documents are produced with the works, so handover needs no reconstruction of site history.
- Clear reporting
- An agreed progress report format and frequency, with risks flagged early.

Working together
The shortest route is scope and programme
We do not need full documentation to start a conversation — the intended scope of works and the window it has to fit into is enough.
