What data this site collects, for what purpose, and on what legal basis.

Company registration details will be added before the site goes live.
This privacy policy is not yet complete: the data controller details are missing. The document must not be published in production before they are supplied.
Scope of this document
This document concerns personal data processed in connection with the use of this website, in particular data submitted through the contact form.
The site is static. It uses no analytics tools, does not profile visitors and stores no marketing cookies.
What data we process
Through the contact form we process the data the sender provides: full name, company name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, and the message itself.
Our server records technical access data (IP address, timestamp) needed to keep the site secure and to limit form abuse. Message content is not written to logs.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is processed in order to answer the enquiry and conduct business correspondence — under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps preceding the conclusion of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries and business contact).
Technical access data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, for the purpose of securing the website.
Retention period
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and thereafter for the period resulting from the limitation of potential claims or from statutory obligations.
Technical access data used to limit form abuse is retained briefly and deleted automatically.
Recipients of the data
Data may be entrusted to entities providing technical services to us, in particular our hosting and e-mail providers. Those entities process the data only on our instructions and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
We do not transfer data to third countries for marketing purposes and we do not sell personal data.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Poland).
Providing data is voluntary but necessary in order for us to answer the enquiry.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and therefore displays no consent banner.
The contact form uses only the mechanisms strictly necessary to protect it against automated submissions.
Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning data subjects.
